8-WEEK COURSE IN
MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION
Science has demonstrated that mindfulness meditation reduces stress, anxiety and pain. In this course, participants learn to use meditation and gentle yoga to create more balance, ease and compassion in their lives. The mindfulness-based-stress-reduction (MBSR) curriculum was created in 1978 by Jon Kabat-Zinn and has since been taught around the world. It has been shown to alleviate conditions such as: depression, panic attacks, insomnia, chronic pain, and many other ailments.

No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. There is a maximum of 20 participants and preference will be given in order of registration.
