His theory is that when people have hope and can learn to challenge and replace irrational thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes, they become free to experience change and live life to the full. His desire is that he can empower couples and individuals to overcome personal obstacles to improve their relationships by providing the tools necessary for them to reach their desired goals.
Luis has a relaxed and laid back style and utilizes humor as a tool in the therapy setting. Luis works with clients who include tweens, teens, adults, couples and families. He desires for clients to be able to take what they learn in sessions and apply those tools in their lives outside of their sessions.
